This year's Red Acre Kennels Charity Fun Dog Show is especially close to our hearts.
For many years we have proudly raised money for Guide Dogs, but this year we are also raising funds for the Children's Oncology Ward at Addenbrooke's Hospital.
Earlier this year, our family faced every parent's worst nightmare when our four-year-old son was diagnosed with cancer. We have had the privilege of getting to know the incredible doctors, nurses and staff on the Children's Oncology Ward while our son continues his treatment. Their compassion, care and dedication have made an unimaginable journey that little bit easier for our family, and we want to give something back to help support the amazing work they do.
Because of this, we want this year's event to be our biggest and best yet.
Whether you enter your dog into one of our fun classes, browse the stalls, enjoy the refreshments or simply come along to support the day, every person who attends will be helping us raise money for two truly wonderful causes.
We would love to see as many people as possible and, of course, lots of your beautiful dogs and puppies! Bring your family, friends and four-legged companions along for a fantastic community day full of fun, laughter and fundraising.
